Turbo Kei truck fuel pressure regulator not working. The truck itself is a carb blow through setup. Pressure regulator has its 2 feeds and return. Has a vacuum line going to the turbo. But the gauge doesn't read anything and when I use the adjuster I don't get more pressure. I've tried 2 regulators

recently turbo kei truck (carb) dies out when full throttle. Only when fully in boost. I am thinking there is more boost pressure than fuel pressure so it is loosing fuel. Does this sound like it is most likely the issue? If so any easier fixes rather than going fuel injected?

Can anyone confim which is the oil feed and oil drain? I was assuming feed is the first pic and drain is the second pic (because of the way the turbo sits) but want to confim

oil filter sandwich plate quesiton. For a turbo intall I wnana use this plate for my oil feed to the turbo. On the sandwich plate there is the "in" and the "out" from the plate. Im assuming I would use the out for the feed. But then do I just block off the in? Im going to drain directly to the pan

Looked for coolant cumbustion chambers and found this white ish substance on only 1 of the cylinders. Any idea what it is? did not smoke before seafoam/white stuff wasnt there before
